Job Introduction

As a Security Manager at Sodexo Janssen Sciences, you are also a leader of safety and security and a guardian of wellbeing. This role is pivotal in planning, organizing, and leading our team of Security Officers to deliver an efficient, safe, reliable, and consistent level of service, exceeding our client's expectations.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies, including access control, emergency response, and special event management.

• Ensure all third-party contractors/suppliers deliver services in accordance with their agreements.

• Monitor and exceed KPIs to achieve outstanding security objectives.

• Manage budgets effectively, responding proactively to any deviations.

• Provide ongoing training and development for all Security officers, ensuring readiness for all situations.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a similar security management role within the service industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Competence in problem-solving and implementing solutions.

• Familiarity with static & mobile security systems and health & safety standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an eye for detail.
