We operate award winning restaurants and provide hospitality throughout the UK, our conference and banqueting services can provide a service that starts with the marketing of a conference right through to post event follow up and evaluation, plus everything in between. We are now looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop business locally and ultimately increase revenue for our venues
Role Responsibility
The role involves generating a targeted level of sales across the local contracts, whilst planning, organising and reviewing the conference and banqueting sales office activity. You will be producing annual sales and marketing plan, pro-actively undertaking sales activities, managing and developing revenue from a prescribed number of major accounts whilst managing the Sales Co-ordinator. This is a varied role that will require a strong relationship builder who is confident to network and promote the range of hospitality services whilst covering the office and related event administration when required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within hospitality, conferencing or events
- Previous sales experience and working to budgets
- A confident individual who is able to network across the local community and generate interest through a range of sales activities.
- Strong communication skills
