Sodexo Live are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to manage all Sales functions based on site at Eco Power Stadium, Doncaster.

Role Responsibility
- Management of all Sales function based at site – liaising with the HUB on a daily basis
- Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure customers and clients receive the best possible experience
- Liaise with GM to monitor results in all areas of the business, look at effectiveness or procedures and discuss and implement any actions or improvements
- Build relationships with customers to ensure customer longevity and repeat business
- Inform General Manager & operations team of weekly/monthly business levels
- Generate function sheets using the booking system Priava with client requirements then distribute to the onsite team
- Attend weekly operations meetings to discuss the following weeks business & any feedback from previous events
- Ensure all invoices are raised on a weekly basis and reports are completed with the information
- Attend client meetings and show rounds of the venue
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrable previous experience in Sales Management/Events
- Excellent written English and oral communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality, accurate work in tight timescales with limited supervision.
- Computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Marketing experience and an understanding of the value of direct mail in promoting events.
- Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Resilience to manage multiple tasks and prioritise importance in terms of sales and planning.
Package Description
£24,500pa-£26,600pa + great benefits
Location: Eco Power Stadium, Doncaster
Fixed term contract 9 months maternity cover
Work Pattern – 40 hrs pw Mon – Friday with flexibility to cover events as business needs
