Sales Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join the team onsite at St James Park. You will be focusing on all hospitality events for the club and you will help grow the business by securing new clients, maximising sales opportunities and assisting in marketing the venue.

For over 40 years we have been providing bespoke catering and hospitality services for sports stadia, racecourses, visitor, attractions, historic venues, major events and premium airline lounges. Recognised across the globe for hospitality, we help create exceptional moments at extraordinary events such as Royal Ascot, Tour de France, The Open Championship and RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Role Responsibility

You will utilise the database to contact previous clients to confirm future bookings, whilst thinking creatively to generate new ideas to develop the business further. You will also build and enhance long term client relationships to enhance the retention of current clients and customers. Making proactive sales calls to existing and new companies, you will also participate in all sales conversion days and work closely with our central sales office. You will also meet customers to show round the site and assist the Sales Manager to conduct research.

Package Description

Up to £19,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits
