Job Introduction

As a SFU Administrator at Sodexo you will play a pivotal part in coordinating administrative aspects of the deployment plan for digital payment solutions, contributing to the efficient functioning of our systems and processes. Your role involves collaborating closely with school admin teams, ensuring accurate child data, and assisting with the preparation of marketing tools ahead of launch. You'll also play a crucial role in overseeing special theme day menus and coordinating onboarding checklists, all while contributing to the seamless execution of our projects.
This role offers a flexible work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, with consideration for term-time-only arrangements for the right person.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Digital Deployment supervisors to provide timely updates on site mobilisations and risks.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records, materials, and systems on TEAMS.
- Liaise with school teams to ensure child data accuracy and proper communication channels.
- Oversee the preparation and deployment of marketing tools, ensuring schools have the necessary resources.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders and facilitating timely payments.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions, fostering efficient communication across teams.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with deployment plans.
