SEO and Content Manager

Job Introduction

We are looking for an SEO and content manager, with experience in the healthcare sector, to join our growing marketing team.  If you want to make a real impact in a sector that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives, we think there’s nowhere better than The Good Care Group.  We have built a fantastic reputation for being the leading provider of live-in care in the UK and that needs careful management and consistent promotion.

We have created this new and exciting role within our London (Whitechapel) marketing team, meaning there’s lots of opportunity to really make the role your own.  You’ll apply your excellent SEO and content marketing skills to help us support more people to stay in the place they love most, their own home.  You will work across The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts and report into the Head of Marketing. Role Responsibility

 

More about the role:

Developing, evolving and leading the seo content plan for our homecare businesses you’ll help raise our profile as the leading provider of choice within the sector.  You will be responsible for ensuring our brand appears in the best possible way to maximise SERPs, GMB and listings, amongst other aspects of online marketing.  Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll assist with improving client attraction within our brand guidelines and in conjunction with The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts values. 

You’ll undertake regular benchmarking of quality content and rankings, monitoring the current market and thinking creatively about how we can refine our USPs and points of difference to our competitors. 

The Ideal Candidate

 

A talented marketing professional, you must have experience of marketing management, including significant exposure to PPC, digital and non-digital marketing, campaign management and CRM.  It is essential you have an excellent working knowledge of the care sector, including an understanding of the nuances of Live-In care, Hourly visiting care and Day care.  You’ll have a great eye for detail and exceptional content/copywriting skills as well as being confident in presenting to a variety of audiences.

A natural problem solver, with an analytical mindset, you’ll enjoy looking for ways to improve opportunities and conversions.   It’s important you also have experience in managing keywords, campaign planning, content development, distribution and analysis.  You’ll have great brand management and brand development experience and be able to use market insights to help shape our USPs.
