SCC Shift Supervisor

Job Introduction

  • To supervise all services within the operational business area
  • To support the manager to ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement, KPIs and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed for assigned operational business area
  • To supervise all aspects of performance of an assigned group of direct reports
  • To manage the day to day control of all security officers
  • To control and monitor the access of personnel on the site in line with MoD requirements Ensuring the highest levels of security is maintained at all times
  • Embrace the principles of Collaborative Business Relationships (BS11000), in line with Sodexo’s vision and values

Role Responsibility

  • Comply with all Sodexo company policies/procedures
  • Comply with all legislative requirements
  • Adhere to any local client site rules and regulations
  • Role model safe behaviour
  • The role involves a shift pattern including nights
  • Flexibility on work schedule and location maybe required
 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Good communication skills; must be able to demonstrate effective verbal communication
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards

 

Desirable but not essential

  • Experience of working within military environment
  • Previous experience of effectively supervising a team
  • Leadership skills and knowledge
  • SIA Licence - CCTV
  • SC Clearance
