SAP Security Consultant
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a SAP Security Consultant to join our IS&T team based in Salford Quays. This is a 12 months FTC. You will support the business by designing, maintaining and enhancing the company’s SAP security roles and authorisations framework. You will liaise with business system owners, third-party software providers and IS&T teams to ensure the best solutions are provided and that they are in line with Sodexo strategies.
We are ideally looking for candidates with the SAP Security background however we are flexible and if you already have a good SAP background (i.e SAP Analyst), understanding of the processes and are keen for your career to develop with SAP then please forward your CV
Role Responsibility
- Maintain and develop the existing SAP security roles and authorisations framework ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Deliver successful SAP Security and Authorisations project work, changes, fixes, SAP environment patches and periodic SAP environment refreshes across all functional areas and environments.
- Analyse SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance across all business areas, with particular emphasis on Access Control
- Form good working relationships with the business
- Resolve business issues within defined SLAs
- Improving the current functionality and business process
- Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliant security controls within the Sodexo SAP footprint

Essential
- Knowledge of SAP solution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude
- The ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and ability to liaise directly with users
- Excellent time management skills
- The desire to learn and progress
Desirable
- SAP Security background
- Knowledge of SAP modules and overall Sodexo footprint - FI, CO, IM, FSCM, PM, PS, MM, SD, SRM, HCM, PI, BI and GRC
- Good understanding of Control and Compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks – audit cycles and expectations, Segregation of Duty
- Knowledge of key business process
- Experience in defining technical requirements/designs
- Experience of SAP support and development
- Experienced in playing a major role in implementation projects
