About the role

At Sodexo, we are passionate about the services we deliver and we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide this service, we have a team of passionate Retail Assistants behind us and we currently have a vacancy for a Retail Supervisor to join us!
You will supervise a team to ensure that we deliver service excellence across the Costa outlet, main restaurant and retail outlets, always ensuring that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food Safety and COSHH regulations) are followed.
You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, always ensuring that the preparation and service at each outlet runs smoothly. With a focus on hygiene, you will always ensure that the service areas are clean, tidy and glistening!
A few things about you
It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great team work.
You must be able to follow instructions and also have great computer skills (mainly the Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, Outlook).
You must have experience working in a similar industry with food preparation and service experience (i.e. catering or food production) and also have previous experience supervising a team.
Basic food hygiene and Health and Safety certificates would be great, but don’t worry if you do not hold either as we would still love to hear from you!
