- To lead a team of Retail Service Assistants and ensure high standards within retail catering services
Role Responsibility
The successful candidate will provide good supervisory skills, a good understanding of stock rotation and cash handling procedures.
Support the delivery of training / development to team members and possess a dynamic approach to delivering a quality customer experience

- Barista experience
Desirable
- Computer Literacy
- Previous Catering experience
- In depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strong health and safety knowledge
