Retail Optimisation Manager (Retail Manager)
Job Introduction
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Optimisation Manager (Retail Manager) to join our food platform team working with our site teams within segment to grow retail sales and margins. This is a mobile role covering the southern part of the country, you must drive and be flexible to travel to Stevenage, Swindon and central London offices.
Reporting into the Head of Retail you will work across UK&I food platform teams to ensure new retail service development is aligned to business & marketing strategy and engagement to attain Retail plan objectives. Ensures communication of strategy, positioning and progress to operational stakeholder groups
This role would ideally suit a Retail Manager with experience of optimising retail sales and margins with a convenience retail background however all retail backgrounds will be welcomed. The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Experienced retail manager ideally with a convenience retail background
- Experience of category management and product deployment
- Experience of current trends and market knowledge
- Driving licence and flexibility to travel in the South of England particularly to (Stevenage, Swindon and London)
