What You'll Do:
- Ensure compliance with retail offers, branding, and standards across all locations.
- Drive a culture of commercial excellence by maximising sales opportunities and adapting to seasonal and customer trends with energy and agility.
- Monitor and improve operational costs on a nationwide basis through best in class retail practices.
- Work closely with teams to optimise labour, equipment, and facilities for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct onsite support and visits to ensure brand standards, customer experience, and performance targets are met and reviewed regularly.
- Lead performance across all contracts by reducing variability and closing performance gaps through action oriented leadership.
- Provide training to improve merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement at store level.
- Collaborate with industry and professional groups to gather insights and enhance the company’s profile in the retail sector.
