Retail Manager - Multi Unit Food Court

Job Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your retail management career. In this role you will oversee the operation of popular high street brands within a hospital food court. This includes a Costa Coffee, Subway and Sodexo Restaurant.

Role Responsibility

  • Efficient management a fully franchised Subway and Costa Coffee outlet plus a Sodexo restaurant, producing and preparing quality food and beverages to the required standard
  • Effectively manage three Retail Managers to ensure the Units they manage are providing the highest quality of service and standards.
  • Recognise opportunities, drive sales and promote products.
  • Control and monitor the financial performance of the outlets and maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food and customer service as per Company standards and client expectation.
  • Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous retail management experience, ideally managing a food/beverage franchise, a large store or multi unit operation
  • Experience of managing a retail management team within a similar environment
  • Good financial awareness and experience of budget management
  • Exceptional customer service skills and passion for delivering excellent food
  • Experience of driving sales, recognising opportunities and implementing innovative solutions
  • Food & Hygiene Certificate
