Retail Van Driver – Sodexo | Swinton barracks, Perham down, Wiltshire, Andover, SP119LQ. What You’ll Do:
- Drive and operate a mobile retail shop van across the site, serving customers at various locations.
- Set up and close the van, ensuring all stock, tills, and equipment are ready for trading.
- Serve customers with a friendly, professional approach
- Support the on-site retail store when the van isn’t operating.
- Operate tills and handle transactions efficiently
- Manage stock, including receiving deliveries, restocking, and rotation
- Support promotions and loyalty programs.
- Maintain van and store stock cleanliness, upholding hygiene and safety standards.
- Be flexible across both the mobile retail van and the on-site store
- Ensure responsible retailing by verifying ID for restricted items.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Support promotions and loyalty programs
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards
What You Bring:
- Must be 21 or over (insurance requirement)
- A full UK driving licence
- Retail experience? Great! No experience? We’ll provide full training.
- Confidence working independently while driving and managing a mobile shop
