This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sodexo Live! at St. James’ Park, Newcastle United Football Club for the new upcoming football season. Season 2023/24 is going to be the biggest yet, with NUFC taking on the Champions League.

Role Responsibility

In this role you should work proactively during service whilst striving to provide the highest possible level of customer service. The main responsibilities of the Catering Staff role are, but not limited to:

To assist with food service
Working in adherence with Food Allergens information, service procedures and legislation
Ensuring all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, with any effective equipment reported
Ensuring stock and products are rotated as necessary
Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request.
All individuals must work in complete adherence to the company procedures set by Sodexo Live! and Newcastle United.

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent verbal communication skills
Being friendly yet professional
Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
Good attention to detail and punctuality
Being proactive is key
Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
