Your ability to manage a team, while under pressure, is essential to this very hands on role.

We are looking for a positive, passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Restaurant Manager who is skilled in customer experience,  good at situational decision making and have a great eye for detail. You will thrive on a challenge and have strong interest in really making a difference. Your planning skills will be key to your success. Role Responsibility

  • Assist in the effective operation of Bateaux London cruises
  • Manage a team of FOH supervisors and service delivery team
  • Operationally deliver cruises to an exceptionally high standard with assistance from FOH and BOH teams
  • Manage standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and front of house operation.
  • Receive and act upon all guest feedback.
  • Stimulate upselling and revenue generating setting targets to the team.
  • Ensure that all casual agency staff have received health and safety and team briefing before their shift.
  • Comply with all Company policies, procedures and statutory regulations 
  • Ensure that all accountable staff are adequately trained and skilled to the required level

The Ideal Candidate

  • Solid experience as restaurant manager in a high volume, quality restaurant environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively through written form of communication
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Cash handling experience.
  • High standards of personal presentation 

Package Description

to £34,000pa + excellent benefits

Location: Bateaux London, Embankment Pier

Permanent

Work Pattern – 40 hrs pw 5/7 Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
