Reprographics Operator

Job Introduction

About the Role

You will provide reprographic services using a variety of equipment including a guillotine, laminator, printer and binding machine. Produce and print documents, badges, menus and posters (up to size A0), collate and bind multi page documents and laminate documents. Also answer emails and communicate face to face with customers.

A few things about you

We want you to bring your ability to prioritise tasks, organisational skills and your experience of working in a similar role with you when you join us. You will have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, Fiery Workstation and Microsoft Office suite, specifically competent in document creation on Publisher. The ability to produce finished documents to a professional standard is essential

You’ll be customer and client facing and will respond to requests so having excellent customer service and communication skills is key. 

As you’ll be dealing with sensitive information at times you must have excellent attention to detail as well as be able to always maintain professional standards of confidentiality.

40 hours per week
£12.65 per hour
Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.00
Frequent transport links within a short walk
