Reprographics Operator
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
- Producing printed or electronic documents by means of digital printing or document scanning as instructed by the Production Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Producing finished documents to client’s specification as instructed on your Job Sheet.
- Ensuring all documents have been quality checked prior to handing to the client be they completed by yourself or your team mates.
- Completing any administration required to communicate your work progress or stock control.
- Assisting your colleagues maintain the departmental general housekeeping and periodically work in the store room.

Job Purpose
To provide a Reprographics Service to Military Personnel and their Units within Merville Barracks
Accountabilities
- To provide reprographic counter services.
- To produce documents.
- To collate and bind multi-page documents.
- To use stapler, hole punch and guillotine.
- To laminate maps, charts and other originals as requested.
- To provide advice and guidance on reprographic reproduction.
- To manage supply of stationery, government forms and publications.
- To undertake general maintenance or reprographic equipment.
- To keep a record of reprographic requisitions of jobs for 1 year.
