Regional Security Manager - EMEA Region

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Regional Security Manager for the EMEA Region in one of our established global strategic accounts – a household name medical/pharmaceutical client.

You will excel in Customer Relationship Management and have a good knowledge base of Security and Front of House Services.

An influencer with a talent for business development would be ideal and somebody who can provide strong indirect leadership to the front of house and security teams whilst also building strong relationships with our client.

This role will cover 28 countries in the EMEA area and some 30-40% travel will be expected. It is preferred for you to be based in UK, Netherlands or Belgium, but other European locations will be considered.

Role Responsibility

• To provide strong direction and indirect leadership to the security and front of house services team to enable Sodexo to provide a professional integrated security solutions.
• To build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Sodexo security services are operationally successful
• Ensure that Sodexo security is professionally represented at all locations in scope and that first class customer service is delivered.
• To provide and promote innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve security delivery and provide efficiencies
• To provide the necessary guidance and framework to the regional / country teams to ensure all Desired outcomes and objectives are delivered.
• To ensure that all customers – internal / external including site based managers are receive 100% customer service and that they are supported in finding the right solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

• The ability to influence key stakeholders within the business and to ensure security solutions are effectively implemented
• Able to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Understanding of the financial performance of the security and FoH services
• Ideally to have worked in a global role but this isn't essential.
• Very motivated and driven to succeed
• Good knowledge of Security and Front of House Services

Package Description

Salary is Circa £57,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, company car and flexible benefits fund of £1,300 per annum
