Regional Manager (South)

Our UK Health & Care segment have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our talented and hard working team.

Role Responsibility
- Ensure that all financial targets are achieved within a framework of absolute financial control
- Efficient financial management of client business within agreed budgets providing clients with a financial breakdown and information as required.
- Deliver budgeted profit and turnover for portfolio and accounts as agreed with line manager.
- Define and deliver business plan for each site in line with 3 year plan for the division
- Support business development and retention of existing business in conjunction with the sales function
- Ensure sites compliance with Sodexo policy and legislative requirements and audit appropriately.
- Manage clients proactively, ensuring their expectations are exceeded, and effectively communicate all client needs and business opportunities within the division.
- Regularly hold client review meetings recording points raised and actions taken.
- Motivate and manage direct reports including appropriate recognition and reward, identifying training needs and creating a culture of talent identification and succession planning.
- Mobilise new contracts as required.
- Participate in bid process as requested for new sites/clients
- Support other regions as required and take on other duties as requested by the Operations Director.
The Ideal Candidate
- Graduate calibre or equivalent
- 2-3 years business management experience.
- Experience of managing successful client relationships.
- Track record of leading and developing a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite and email
