About the role

Growth, Client, and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure contracts operate within terms with reviewed business plans. Understand contract scope for effective management. Develop long-term client relationships and adapt models to meet future expectations. Manage contracts commercially and financially, analysing future trends
Results Orientated: Ensure contracts meet budget and business plans. Contribute to segment strategy alignment. Set annual budgets and drive revenue maximization. Ensure compliance with suppliers and prioritize Health & Safety. Manage risks and oversee business continuity plans. Implement training and development plans for employees
Leadership: Recruit, motivate, manage, and develop employees. Lead performance excellence through coaching. Promote Sodexo Live! as an employer of choice. Prioritize health and wellbeing of employees. Drive service excellence and adhere to brand standards
Innovation and Change: Continuously seek ways to enhance quality through innovation and cost efficiency by monitoring performance against existing standards

About you

To be successful in this role, you will hold considerable experience of dedicated leadership in the Events and Hospitality industry, bringing a wealth of experience in managing large, diverse teams. Your background includes overseeing multi-site, multi-faceted operations, indicating a strong capability to navigate the complexities of this sector. This experience is underpinned by a robust financial acumen, demonstrating proficiency in managing profit and loss statements and making strategic commercial decisions to drive business growth effectively.

Central to your success is your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which enable you to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. As a strategic thinker, you have shown an ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments seamlessly. Moreover, your track record reflects a commitment to driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and nurturing team development, all of which are essential qualities in a dynamic industry like Events and Hospitality.
