Regional Cleaning Supervisor
Job Introduction
Sodexo's Government and Agencies segment have a brilliant opportunity for a first class cleaning professional who has experience of supervising a team of people to join us as a Regional Cleaning Supervisor responsible for the East Region of Scotland.
In this role you will support the Cleaning Manager to ensure that your region of the business is compliant with all cleaning responsibilities and that your team of mobile cleaners are motivated and performing well.
You will have experience in a similar role and be happy to travel to different sites across the East of Scotland. As part of the role you will need to go through a Police Scotland Vetting Process.
Role Responsibility
- To assist the Cleaning Manager with the day-to-day operations
- To assist the Cleaning Manager with the Company Quality Assurance Audit
- To manage the mobile teams for the region
- To complete Health and Safety Walks
- To produce Regional Hours Delivery reports on a weekly basis
- To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Ability to solved problems and liaise with your line manager to implement appropriate actions
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations
- Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effeectively
- IOSH qualification is desirable as well as BICS qualified.
