Regional Cleaning Manager

As a Regional Cleaning Manager at Sodexo, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our cleaning teams across multiple different sites to ensure effective service delivery of the cleaning operation and full compliance with client contract, legislation and cleaning specification.

What you’ll do: 

Ensure the cleaning service is delivered in line with the client contract and is compliant with service scope.
Recruit, induct, and develop cleaning supervisors and operatives in line with company policy and the cleaning development program.
Ensure that all staff training is delivered and up to date.
Communicate effectively with cleaning supervisors and team, and hold regular team meetings.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
Ensure full compliance with Sodexo purchasing policies and procedures.
Support as required with other facilities operations within the Sodexo CS group.

This role will require travel across the UK. You will be provided with a Sodexo van to help accommodate your travel.

What you bring:

ESSENTIAL

Ability to manage time and schedule workload effectively and efficiently
Previous experience of managing and leading a team
Sound knowledge of health and safety
Good knowledge of the cleaning industry

IOSH Managing Safely
BIFM Qualification
