Recruitment Co-Ordinator
Job Introduction
Sodexo Live have an exceptional opportunity for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our first-class team at Ascot Racecourse.
You will be working as part of the team at the Ascot Racecourse where we are committed to providing our guests with an outstanding experience whether they come to race, hold a business meeting, or host a private dinner at our world-class venue.
You will support the Recruitment Manager with the coordination and administration of all casual worker recruitment and support the delivery of the Ascot Academy Training programme for casual team members.
Role Responsibility
- To coordinate interviews and offers/rejections
- To support the on-boarding of all casual workers including Right to Work checks, assigning e-learning and booking inductions
- Support the HR function in the development and delivery of Training initiatives
- Coordinate social media activity and recruitment campaigns
- Managing casual recruitment campaigns, targeting local and student-based populations
- Manage all recruitment administration including Right to Work Checks
- Communicating and engaging with agencies to ensure they understand the nature of roles we are looking to recruit
- Support the management of the time and attendance system
- Supporting the delivery of training sessions to engage casual teams
- Creating internal communications documents such as Managers Briefing Sheets for casual teams
The Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate about Service Excellence and Customer Service within the Hospitality Industry and be committed to deliver against the core values: elegant, original and uplifting.
You will also be:
- Motivated and adaptable, confidently able to manage workload and different tasks simultaneously
- Able to show attention to detail and be able to follow a process
- Able to effectively manage your time
- Able to work under pressure and deliver deadlines
- Able to communicate in a proactive and positive manner
- Strong with ICT skills including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
It is essential that you are able to work 5 over 7 days which will include some weekends
