Receptionist/Security Officer

Job Introduction

Sodexo are on the look out for a Receptionist in Luton, LU1 3LG! If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our front desk!

What you’ll do: 

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department

• Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling

• Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring:  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in handling multi line phone systems

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Monday - Friday
• 22.5 Hours worked per week
• £11.11 - £13.20  per hour + Sodexo Benefits.
• Full uniform and training provided
