As a Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.

What you'll do:

  • The Lobby Host is responsible for creating positive first impressions for Microsoft guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • They use Microsoft tools to schedule visitors, enhance their journey, and ensure seamless check-in procedures while adhering to security protocols.
  • The role involves maintaining a tidy and professional lobby area, managing a switchboard service, and ensuring the space meets a 5-star experience.
  • The Lobby Host proactively recommends service improvements, fosters strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and supports all visitors.
  • They prioritize punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to personal grooming standards while contributing to a flexible and dynamic work environment.

What you'll bring:

  • A warm and hospitable host with strong customer service abilities, delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Passion for technology, tech-savvy with excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Capable of managing sensitive situations and data, maintaining confidentiality with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to absorb, retain, and apply knowledge to improve the service experience.
  • A positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to interact confidently with a range of people, including senior leaders and international visitors.
