Facility Coordinator

Job Introduction

You will be looking after front of house and cleaning services on our Client’s site in Paddington, London as well as supporting the Account Manager to deliver high-standard services.

Role Responsibility

  • Front of house services including welcoming, directing guests appropriately and registering them in visitor’s log. (Providing reception cover if necessary)
  • Administration of Access pass system
  • Ordering consumables.
  • Responding to emails and the reception inbox.
  • Booking meeting rooms and distributing incoming post and occasionally arranging courier collection for small amounts of outgoing post.
  • Processing food order forms
  • Team management of the Front of House and Housekeeping team
  • Manage access for Sodexo contractors and sub-contractors
  • Supporting in payroll variance un invoice administration.
  • Supporting in invoice processing.
  • Managing the learning and development of the team and learner record cards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Customer service skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • IT literate
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role - desirable
