What you’ll do:
- Lead the regional and global teams in delivering innovative product solutions.
- Prioritise and manage product backlogs, aligning with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee delivery teams, ensuring alignment with broader product architecture and organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement strong governance and feedback mechanisms to adapt products for maximum engagement.
- Advocate for and represent Sodexo's digital transformation in supply management.
- Maintain alignment with global product vision, contributing to its ongoing evolution.
What you bring:
- Graduate calibre with experience in cross-functional and global stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability in agile methodologies and autonomous operation.
- Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and vision alignment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with mid-management level stakeholders.
- Experienced in people management and fostering collaborative environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain business processes relevant to the role.
- Fluent in English, with French language skills as a beneficial addition.
