Post Room Operative

Job Introduction

We're looking for a Post Room Operative to join Sodexo at St Giles High Street, London (WC2H 8NU)! We are seeking an organised individual to support our mail service, who can deliver with precision and efficiency! 

What you’ll do:

  • You will be the heartbeat to keeping our team operating, providing a seamless mail service to our clients and contractors
  • Sorting the incoming mail and delivering it correctly in a timely manner to various areas of the building
  • Arrange outgoing mail for scheduled pick ups
  • Understand the safety protocols when it comes to any package entering the building

What you bring:

  • Previous experience and knowledge in a similar role would be great, but not essential
  • Great communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt within a team
  • Proven organisational and prioritization skills

Package Description

POST ROOM OPERATIVE

  • Monday - Friday
  • 0830-1730 and 0900-1800
  • 40 hours per week
  • £11.95 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
  • Full uniform and training provided
  • 20 days annual leave increasing to 25 with service
