Planner Scheduler – Hard Services

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Planner Scheduler (Hard Services) to work in one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • H&S is at the forefront of all activity carried out
  • Ensuring the reactive, routine planned works and projects are planned and scheduled to enable achievement of the service level agreements within our engineers on site and our sub-contractors
  • Maintaining our CAFM system in-line with progress and keeping the customer updated
  • Tracking new project works or minor works from start to finish with the sub-contractor and the client, to ensure timescales adhered and all works are authorised and paid
  • Ensuring quotes from sub-contractors are detailed to a satisfactory level
  • Ensuring approval of works is obtained before scheduling works
  • Ensuring sub-contractors coming on to site provide all required documentation (SSOW/RAMS etc) before attendance to site to ensure work can be carried out in a time and within schedule
  • Permit writing
  • Ensuring all attendees on site are inducted, able to work in line with client rules and evidence of competency received
  • Assistance of maintaining on site compliance documents, as and when work is scheduled
  • Ensuring changes of assets on site are kept up to date on our maximo system, as per the correct change control process.  Decommissioned assets and plans removed.  New assets raised and new plans implemented.
  • Communication to the end user and client is current, appropriate and professional

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in delivering scheduling of hard services across various subject matters of technical services
  • End to end process of quote, purchase ordering and billing
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work under your own initiative
  • A passion for hard services
  • Experience in Maximo preferred
  • Experience in SAP preferred
