About the Role
Join Sodexo’s Property & Professional Services(PPS) team as a PlacementProject Manager and take an activerole in delivering real construction and property projects across the UK. Thisexciting opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop projectmanagement skills while contributing to essential public and government infrastructure.
As part of the PPS Talent Academy,you will support our Project Management Team in planning and delivering a rangeof construction projects from initial concept through to completion. You’llgain practical experience across the full project lifecycle—supportingstakeholder management, cost control, scheduling, and reporting—while beingguided by experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of construction projects from inception to completion
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to key project documentation including budgets, risk registers, and client reports
- Help ensure successful project delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
- Attend site visits and project meetings to observe and support activities
- Engage in project risk management and quality assurance processes
- Participate in sustainability and health & safety initiatives
- Undertake ad-hoc development tasks as required
