Personal Assistant (PA) - 6 month FTC
Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and professional administrative support service to Healthcare's Global Marketing Director and Global L&D Director.
You’ll co-ordinate effectively with other Executive PA’s, both in the UK and globally whilst growing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including their PA’s, across countries.
*This role is a 6 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Role Responsibility
- Day to day planning and organisation of the Executive’s diaries
- Drive executive delivery by monitoring e-mails and proactively action as agreed, ensuring deadlines are met and outstanding actions followed up
- Organise meetings, ensuring that the Executives are prepared for all meetings. Attend and support as requested
- Arrange extensive domestic and international travel and visas including accommodation, car hire etc. Understand and comply with UK and Group travel policy where appropriate
- Act as the primary interface for the Executive’s, taking and screening calls/visits accordingly
- Prepare expense submissions, ensuring they comply with company policy
- Prepare , design, type and format documents and files in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and email communications

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as an executive PA
- Global experience - ability to work with different countries and time zones
- Knowledge of booking complex global travel and understanding visa requirements
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and other systems
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical
Package Description
40 hours per week
Some travel within the UK may be required with occasional overnight stays to meet business requirements. Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours on weekdays when required
