People Operations Coordinator (24hrs part time)

Job Introduction

Calling all HR Personel! We are currently looking for an experienced People Operations Co-Ordinator with a background in events, to join our team at Celtic Park Stadium. You would be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and training process of our casual catering employees for our events and meetings.

You will be based on site, where your ability to drive performance and deliver to targets will be essential, and your excellent organisation skills will be crucial to manage our employees payroll.

Role Responsibility

• Manage recutiment process end to end; job advertisements, shortlisting applicants, presenting offers, managing RTW documentation
• Run inductions/training sessions and facilitate legal license training
• Communicate with staff to book into correct shifts when required, updating booking sheets, and booking agency staff when required
• Prepare all event day paperwork, and do PO’s, updating PO log
• Manage payroll, issuing employee payments and manage holiday pay for casual labour staff
• Manage onsite check in for events
• Facilitate R&R
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to match them through feedback from venue managers
• Build working relationships with venue managers
• Reduce labour costs through agency vs Sodexo staff

The Ideal Candidate

What we are looking for:

• Worked within large stadium supplying staffing or recruitment support
• Understanding of large scale recruitment drives
• Experience of working within hospitality and retail catering to deliver training
• Personal License
• Able to develop positive working relationships at all levels.
• Good personal presentation, able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Able to act on own initiative, with good IT, administrative and, organisational skills
• Customer service experience
