What you’ll do:   

• Preparing sweet treats for 1,000 lunches a day

• Creating cakes for events and designing sweet menus for events

• Working with chef team to deliver treats for 6th form cafe and breaktime cafe

• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations  

• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard 

What you bring:  

•  2 years experience as a Pastry Chef 

• Experience in menu planning and production  

• Basic Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates

• Term Time Only
• 35 working weeks per year
• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 (can be flexible for that perfect work/home life balance)
• Up to £14.00 per hour
