What you’ll do:
Preparing sweet treats for 1,000 lunches a day
Creating cakes for events and designing sweet menus for events
Working with chef team to deliver treats for 6th form cafe and breaktime cafe
Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
2 years experience as a Pastry Chef
Experience in menu planning and production
Basic Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates

- Term Time Only
- 35 working weeks per year
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7 (can be flexible for that perfect work/home life balance)
- Up to £14.00 per hour
