Partnership Director - IFM

Job Introduction

As a Partnership Director - IFM  at Sodexo, you are also a visionary leader and a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial targets are met while providing strategic leadership across the University of Greenwich account portfolio including both Hard and Soft Services. Role Responsibility

• Deliver strategic account management for multiple clients through the leadership of account managers.
• Take overall responsibility for ensuring the Greenwich contract performs to budget and achieves business plans while improving financial performance.
• Develop long term client relationships to understand client's future expectations and develop the model to meet those using the Clients for Life process, methodology and toolkit.
• Promote Sodexo as the preferred employer, internally and externally, adhering to the Sodexo recruitment policies and raise the profile.

The Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and overseeing a broad range of hard and soft facilities management services.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in delivering profitability and enhancing service quality by driving excellence and innovations in service delivery.
• Experience in analysing and reviewing financial measures and tools to ensure positive financial performance.
• Ability to interpret and understand contracts for the accounts managed with an ability to negotiate within the boundaries of the contract.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or related field.

Package Description

Up to £82,000 DOE + Excellent benefit package
