Part Time Restaurant Floor Supervisor at Bateaux London

Job Introduction

Sodexo are currently recruiting a Restaurant Floor Supervisor at Bateaux London to support the team deliver a work class guest experience on our beautiful cruises along the River Thames and at our stunning Pier Bar on the Embankment. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to come onboard.

Role Responsibility

  • Manage and take autonomy of all store related duties.
  • Take receipt of deliveries and check against delivery note for accuracy 
  • Highlight any discrepancies
  • Ensure that all stock is checked in by record and date and stored away correctly and safely
  • Manage stock as per use by dates, manage rotation
  • Keep all back of house areas clean, tidy & hygienic
  • Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be organised.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Physically active and strong as heavy stock will be moved on and of the Embankment onto the dock and boats.
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Food Safety or Local/International Equivalent.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Calm and patient under pressure.
