Multi-Site GSM

As a Multi-Site GSM at Sodexo, you are a leader with a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record in managing and controlling a diverse range of services across multiple sites. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site GSM to join our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our client.

What you’ll do: 

Manage and control the services (catering, cleaning, security, waste management and tech) for the client to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
Lead the operating areas and the teams to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators.
To provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices to uphold the Company mission and values.
To deliver an ethos that promotes IFM with value focused on the customer and service to support.
Motivate and lead high performing teams to achieve their objectives.

What you bring:

Essential

Strong stakeholder relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements in a Head Office/Corporate environment.
Previous experience of operational management in a Head Office/Corporate environment
Strong people management experience

Desirable

IOSH managing safely qualification.
CIEH Level 3 qualification
Strong understanding of soft service delivery Catering, cleaning Security, waste management and tech.
