Operations Divisional Director

Job Introduction

As an Operations Divisional Director at Sodexo you are a strategic thinker and a catalyst for positive change. You play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring exceptional facilities services are delivered across multiple client sites. By fostering long-term relationships and driving operational excellence, you contribute to the success and growth of our business and the delivery of the highest standards for our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Effectively manage operational delivery and retention of key accounts, overseeing Hard, Soft, Technical, and Project-based activities.
  • Foster profitable relationships with customers, maintain existing business, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead a management team to achieve key performance indicators and drive account performance.
  • Ensure contracts operate within their contractual terms, meeting agreed service level agreements and financial targets.
  • Develop strategies for organic growth within existing contracts and explore innovative initiatives.
  • Drive revenue by identifying and selling new service lines, as well as leading contract retenders.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment, addressing process gaps and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Utilise your operational knowledge and experience to manage multi-site/multi-service operations effectively.
  • Act as a change agent, demonstrating thought leadership and contributing to the overall business plan and strategy for the segment.

What you bring:
You’ll be an experienced IFM Senior Manager or Director with a proven track record of managing multimillion-euro P&L accounts with a focus on identifying new opportunities for growth and delivering great service. You’ll also be able to demonstrate.

  • Experience in managing both Hard and Soft FM contracts.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients, customers, and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial and commercial information.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and maintaining high standards.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and within a team environment.
