An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Consultant to join the Delivery Team. The role will ensure that clients are managed effectively and efficiently to drive client satisfaction, and savings are maximised and add value. To also deliver budget by unit, to contribute to the delivery of overall group budget. Making use of both internal and client-based technology to ensure efficiency and the delivery of mutually successful business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:
The Operations Consultant will be inquisitive and will actively deliver both Entegra and client objectives. They will be results orientated seeking to maximise savings and possess a can-do approach to deliver organic growth. They will be adaptable to multi-site management and be able to fulfil travel commitments. Ideally have a strong culinary and hospitality background. Ability to be a trusted advisor to clients, influence change and give expert advice is a requirement. A good command of food knowledge, menu creation, food cost management as well as Darwin, excel, word and IT systems skills.

Role Responsibility:
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Client Operations, this role is to support and deliver maximum purchasing, operational savings and system support across all clients, ensuring Entegra supplier spend is maximised wherever possible within all categories to ensure the delivery of client income budget to Entegra.

Salary	Circa £43,000 per annum + £600 per month car allowance + excellent benefits package
