Job title: Onboarding Compliance Officer
Salary: £25,000
Full time: Mon - Fri 9-5

This position will cover the East Region, Chingford & Dartford
Role: Hybrid with the expectation to travel to branches when required and with overnight stays

Your role at Prestige:

The role of the Onboarding Compliance Officer is to provide a comprehensive service for regional recruiters to meet recruitment targets defined by the Recruitment Performance & Delivery Manager whilst achieving qualitative and legislative standards in line with ISO and CQC requirements.

The role will also build key internal and external customer relationships.

Dimensions:

This role will cover the East region and the Chingford & Dartford Branch’s

The success of this role will be measured by:

  • Successfully achieving agreed monthly compliance target
  • Successfully obtaining satisfactory references within agreed timescale
  • Supporting to deliver days to hire KPI

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities:

Compliance:

  • Ensure the recruitment of Nurses and Carers is carried out in accordance with ISO and CQC requirements including the necessary compliance checks including, but not limited to, DBS, references and right to work
  • Process applicants file within 24 hours including references
  • Initial assessment of candidate experience and pre-registration when required
  • Efficient and timely processing of applicant’s paperwork
  • Maintenance of accurate record system
  • Have knowledge of and operate in line with ISO and CQC requirements/legislation
  • Completion of Discourse Barring Service applications

General responsibilities:

  • To report weekly to the Onboarding Compliance Manager on progress of member recruitment statistics and data
  • Good customer service delivery
  • Regular use of the applicant tracking & compliance system to monitor, update and encourage a speedy recruitment journey from start to compliance within the regional team
  • Referral communication with Recruitment Officers on candidate status
  • To assist with any other reasonable tasks as required by your manager and to cover absences

Skills and qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word
  • Right to Work Knowledge
  • DBS Process Knowledge
  • Ability to work on own initiative – self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Good team player
  • STRONG attention to detail
  • Willingness to embrace change
  • Good basic education
