Job Introduction

About the role

    You will be responsible for managing the office and admin team.  You will manage :

  • Help Desk Team
  • Monthly  reporting – training, payroll and holidays, service tracker
  • Sodexo and client Training
  • Payroll, holidays, sickness
  • Management of the  Sodexo compliances
  • Support BFM and Project Manager with performance management, capabilities and half yearly appraisals for all BFM team
  • Updating of Sodexo policies and procedures re above plus H&S specifically for BFM team
  • Finance support – tracker, quotes, invoices
  • Re-introduce weekly/monthly meetings between building leads and their client counterparts – produce actions and follow up with relevant people and senior management
  • General site comms for Sodexo team – monthly newsletters, engagement, employee of the month
  • Assistance with reports and presentations where required
  • Eprofit (accounts) support for holidays and sickness, in cleaning, catering and BFM
  • Support catering and cleaning managers with Sodexo compliance
  • Set up and run quarterly surveys linked to contract KPI’s – exploring ways of increasing number of respondents and improved interaction at site

 

A few things about you 

You must be a strong team player with great communication skills, who enjoys working as part of a team.

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there will be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such, so it is vital that you have a good understand of Health and Safety at Work regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

Will have

  • Min 3 years experience in a similar environment
  • Have a knowledge of a Safety Management System
  • Proficient in Microsoft -Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and work within deadlines
  • Previous experience in the Facilities Management Industry
  • Understanding of PPMs, Work Orders and POS
  • Team player
