Job Title: Nightshift Cleaner
Location: Johnnie Walker, 145 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4BL
Working Hours: 24.5 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7.5 hours per day)
Hourly Rate: £15.70
Contract Type: Permanent
Join Sodexo as a Nightshift Cleaner at our prestigious Johnnie Walker site in central Edinburgh, where your contribution plays a key role in maintaining exceptional standards. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the site are upheld during overnight operations.
Main Responsibilities
Perform scheduled cleaning tasks in line with site standards
Maintain cleanliness of offices, visitor areas, and washroom facilities
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely
Follow COSHH and health & safety procedures
Complete any required cleaning records or checklists
Work independently during night shifts, reporting any issues to the manager
Person Specification
Previous cleaning experience is essential
Comfortable working night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern
Ability to follow health, safety, and site-specific procedures
Good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
A driving licence is preferable, although the site has excellent public transport links
