Main Responsibilities
- To assist Cleaning Manager with the day-to-day operations
- To manage the small night team
- To supervise and complete Touch point cleaning and carpet cleans as required
- To maintain excellent client/customer relationships
- Ability to solved problems and liaise with your line manager to implement appropriate actions
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations
- Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effectively

Sodexo's Government segment have a great opportunity for a first class cleaning professional who has experience of supervising a team of people to join us as a Cleaning Supervisor responsible for the small night Housekeeping team at one of our sites in Swansea.
In this role you will support the management team to ensure the business is compliant with all cleaning responsibilities and that your team of on site housekeepers are motivated and performing well to Sodexo and client expectations.
