Job Introduction

In Sodexo Justice, we aim to change lives for the better by operating safe, decent, and secure prisons. At HMP Addiewell, we run the full prison operations employing our including Prison Custody Officers, delivering integrated Facilities Management, and we provide rehabilitation services, resettlement programmes, offender behaviour programmes, education and skills development, vocational training, and workshops and industries.
It is estimated that approximately 50% of people in prison in the UK have a neurodiverse condition which in many cases is unidentified until they are detained. To support these individuals and our vision that we should celebrate and enable an ethnically diverse population, we are seeking a Neurodiversity and Diversity Manager that sees difference as a positive and not as a challenge.
