What you’ll do:
- Provide technical oversight for the modernisation of our legacy Network, including deployment of a new Cisco Meraki SDWAN solution.
- Drive new ways of working with our Network Engineers, fostering best practice.
- Work closely with global teams to align network initiatives and roadmaps.
- Represent and challenge solutions from a network perspective as a core member of TDA.
- Define network architecture for solutions, ensuring alignment with Sodexo initiatives.
- Provide architectural support to delivery teams, guaranteeing adherence to proposed architecture.
- Contribute to the architecture community of practice, showcasing innovative thinking.
What you bring:
- Graduate calibre with architectural framework qualifications or experience (e.g., TOGAF/CISSP).
- At least 5 years of experience as a network designer/architect.
- Strong experience in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless technologies.
- Exposure to software defined networking technologies, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Orchestration.
- Experience with automation and orchestration of network operational processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical processes to diverse audiences.
- UK resident for a minimum of 5 years for security clearance.
Desirable:
- Experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions.
- Experience in policy defined security and access controls.
- Experience with end-to-end network migrations.
- Professional certification in a vendor technology, e.g., Cisco.
