Join our team at Sodexo, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service at HMRC Bristol. We're looking for a reliable and proactive Multiskilled FM Operative who’s ready to make a real difference every day. You play a key role in keeping the building clean, tidy, and welcoming for staff and visitors. This is a varied role combining cleaning, porterage, and excellent customer service. No two days are the same!
What You'll Do
Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard across site areas.
Set up and reset meeting rooms, including last-minute requests.
Support hospitality by setting up coffee stations and lunches.
Assist with porter tasks such as moving furniture or deliveries.
Report maintenance issues and keep cleaning areas tidy and safe.
Follow all health & safety and security procedures.
Provide a warm, professional first impression to visitors.
What You Bring:
Essential:
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
Strong attention to detail to meet required cleaning standards.
Team player with the ability to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Desirable:
Previous facilities, maintenance, or cleaning experience
Ability to work independently using own initiative.
