We are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with strong HVAC expertise to join our Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities.

As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll: 

• Deliver safe and effective planned and reactive maintenance across all mechanical and HVAC systems.

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a wide range of HVAC and mechanical assets.

• Provide technical support during critical incidents, including out-of-hours cover when required.

• Oversee subcontractors and assure work quality against industry best practices and Sodexo Engineering Standards.

• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health and safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and permit-to-work systems.

• Support the training and development of team members to raise technical capability.

• Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.

What we're looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Systems (or equivalent qualification).

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, with proven expertise in HVAC systems.

• Practical knowledge of engineering standards such as SFG20.

• Strong understanding of health and safety, ideally holding IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent.

• IT literate with experience using CAFM/CMMS systems (SAP experience desirable).

• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload effectively, and communicate confidently with stakeholders
