Are you a hands-onengineer with a passion for operational excellence and compliance? Sodexo isrecruiting a Multiskilled Engineer to deliver day-to-day Hard FM servicesacross a key government contract. You’ll be part of a highly motivated teamensuring buildings operate safely and efficiently while exceeding servicedelivery expectations.

Your Role

As a MultiskilledEngineer, you will:

Maintain and repair M&E and building systems (boilers, pumps, HVAC, BMS, lighting, etc.)
Complete planned and reactive maintenance using our CAFM systems
Liaise with contractors and ensure statutory compliance (e.g., COSHH, SSoW)
Participate in out-of-hours rota and emergency response
Support small project delivery and help drive FM innovation and improvement

About You

Essential:

HND/NVQ in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services
5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Strong communication and IT skills
Fit for physical demands of the job

Desirable:

Prior AP/CP designation (e.g., Boilers, Electrical, Confined Spaces)
Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo
