What you'll do:

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Electrical Building Services equipment.
Inspect and react to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services equipment, including heating boilers, pumps, and air handling units.
Play an essential role in the local team to ensure the safe operation and repair of all M&E building services and fabric equipment.
Participate in a reactive maintenance service outside operating hours on a rotational basis (4 on 4 off).
Work in line with the Permit to Work System SOP.
Implement systems for maintaining and operating plant efficiency.
Contribute to energy-saving schemes and promote economic energy use.
Participate in performance reviews, recognizing training and development needs.
Monitor subcontractor performance and report issues.
Use IT systems (Handheld device) as part of the CMMS system Maximo.
Adhere to Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.

What you bring:

Electrically qualified multi-skilled engineer with relevant technical qualifications and experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a building services role within a commercial environment.
Willing to train to become a site LVAP; one of two onsite. Attend L8 training.
Physically fit; capable of carrying out remedial work and accessing ceiling voids and underfloor power track.
Good work ethic, personable, well-presented, willing to learn, take on responsibility, and be proactive.
Previous HVAC maintenance experience, including AHU/FCU maintenance, fan changes, filter changes, and diagnosing faults on controls.
Experience in Water quality management; L8 monitoring and remedial action 2391 inspection and testing, AM2.
Experience with Simmtronic lighting control system.
City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical, City & Guilds Level 3/Electrical 18th edition.
