Multi Skilled Technician

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
  •  Assist with monthly reports
  •  First point of contact for the engineering supervisor
  •  Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
  •  Control of sub-contractors PPM visit
  •  Willingness to undertake OOH working (Weekends and Evenings) Optional
  •  Manage and maintain the asset register updating when required
  •  Be part of the OOH emergency on call team
  •  Be proactive in new innovations and improved systems
  •  Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works
  •  Responsibility of maintaining and being proactive with the BMS system
  •  Ensure all KPI’s are completed
  •  Responsible for site vehicles safety, completing weekly vehicle checks and reporting any issues
  • Responsible for managing and issuing permits for all contractors working within the Building
  • Participate with the on-site/external training as an when required

Package Description

Salary - £32,000 negotiable dependant on skills and experience.

Plus additional payments once ready to join the on call rota.

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Excellent overtime hourly rates.
